    Rendle: I just went and checked out all of them again, and they are in fact all freebies, you just have to click ‘Download’ in the left sidebar. If the preview is too large, the sidebar will be hidden, so maybe in some browsers it won’t show up? See the image below:

    Sure, you can download them, but most artists do not give their permission to use them.

    Rendle: Maybe they just request that we give them credit? I don’t think that is a very important part, unless the texture is very prominently used.
