Create stripes online with free Stripe Generator

There are times when generating stripes become dull and repititive. Or maybe, you’ve never bothered to use stripes because of how cheesy they are when not used properly.

Either way, if you need to create stripes, Stripe Generator is a useful little web app. You can choose stripe size, spacing, style, background and foreground colors, shadow, orientation and tiling. After each modification, you would want to click the preview image to update it (which is AJAX, I think, ie. it does not require page reload).

Once you are done tweaking the options, simply hit Download and you get the stripes. You can also view the latest stripes, clicking on which would load the stripe in the editor. A neat implementation, I must say.

    I discovered the Stripe Generator a while back when I was designing a site. I ultimately didn’t go with the stripes, but I still thought that their service was pretty handy.

    This is a great little tool! There’s no need to worry about getting your lines at the right angle it does it all for you. Another online resource that would complement this one is called Adobe Kular it helps to to create colour pallets. Check it out its very useful.
